I take great interest in altruism. Traveling abroad for months to third world countries, while volunteering in remote places.. has transformed my life in so many positive aspects. This taught me humility and gratitude on a level that it encompassed my life path. I also teach yoga and meditation. I believe in a healthy mind and body lifestyle. It contributes to every aspect of our lives.
