Jelly Anne Loraine Balino, who is 22 years old and resides in the Philippines, is employed by UAC through the VWP agency. She holds a BSIT degree and is the family’s primary provider. Jelly enjoys listening to music. She enjoys singing, dancing, and trying new foods. Her interests include playing video games online, watching movies and television shows, reading books, and listening to music. Outside of work She spends the most of the day watching YouTube tutorials to advance her knowledge. Additionally, every weekend she regularly listens to a variety of unrelated podcasts like astrology, medicine, and accounting.
 
 When calling potential customers to gauge their interest in the program, Jelly has previous experience working as a telemarketing and appointment setter. This was one of the jobs she had held for an insurance company before. She loves her job at UAC because of how upbeat her superiors are, who motivates her to work hard every day. Enrollment directors and strategists are not only relaxed and easygoing, but they are also fun to work with. Everyone was equally enthusiastic about their work. She gains information or learns new things as a result, which is beneficial for her job.

Maria Angelica Colminas – Mallari is one of the Appointment Setters at Universal Accounting Center. She resides in the Philippines, and is 27 years old. She and her husband had recently married and were expecting their first child. She has always had a passion for singing and dancing, which she inherited from her father. She enjoys jamming with her husband in her spare time and spends much of her leisure time watching movies and TV shows. She has more than two years of telemarketing and appointment-setting expertise. Prior to this, she was an acquisition specialist in the real estate industry. Angelica graduated from the Lyceum of the Philippines University with a Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management.

Angelica is a really dependable person who is also sociable and outgoing in general. She has been working with UAC since January 2022. She assists the enrollment directors in following up to missed appointments and prospective students who expressed interest in enrolling but were unable to complete their applications at the time.

She likes working at UAC because of how enthusiastic her managers are, who inspire her to put in a lot of effort every day. She enjoys not only the work itself, but also the people she works with every day. Everybody was thrilled with what they were doing. Angelica is excited to continue growing with UAC for many years to come.

Nathan Esposito

Nathan Esposito was born in Greensboro North Carolina and he was raised in North Canton, Ohio. Nathan started a lucrative landscaping business at the age of 14 years old and grew the business to a substantial size before selling it at the age of 22 years old.  After selling the business, Nathan dove in the real estate market flipping several properties in order to build his real estate portfolio. Nathan has experience in working with new business owners and established business owners flourish and expand their business through sales and marketing. 

Nathan is engaged to his wonderful fiance Justine, they have two dogs together, a Great Dane (Willow)  and Syberian Husky (Kobe). They are expecting their child in April of 2023. Nathan has a mulitiude of hobbies. His top three favorite things to do outside of work consist of excerise (lifting,boxing), visiting new resturaunts/winerys and most importantly spending time with family.
 
 Nathan is determined to help you achieve your financial goals through UAC. Nathan believes 100% that UAC is life changing and he is determined to help take your life to the next level.

With over 10 years of experience in collegiate enrollment for schools across the USA, she is dedicated to her student’s success and completion rates, believing strongly that a person’s success is determined by when preparation, skills, and opportunity meet.

Failure is not an option! She instills the importance of focus, mental health improvement, emotional control, and self-discipline in others as her secrets to success. She holds former titles such as Enrollment Specialist of the Year, and Quarter; Employee of the Month; assigned to special leadership travel groups to prepare course curriculum and train enrollment teams; and her most valued career honor, having been a member of Commencement Committees. 

She loves holidays and birthdays, the beach, laughing at comedies, singing karaoke, studying astrology, and is a former County Youth Symphony Orchestra Violinist. Her favorite people are her mentors, family, and friends whom she cherishes dearly.

Ken Bostrom has been an instructor, coach, and officer of Universal sector for nearly three decades. He is a certified Color Accounting instructor, QuickBooks Specialist, and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.

He has seen Universal Accounting Center grow from a small local brick-and-mortar accounting training school to an international provider of cutting edge, online certification training for accounting professionals to start and grow their own bookkeeping, accounting, and tax practice. Ken is the author behind our Professional Bookkeeper’s Guide to QuickBooks, as well as its annual updates. You could say Ken wrote the book on how to use QuickBooks to get more done in less time and to become a Profit and Growth Expert.

In addition, Adam also uses his skills as a profit and growth expert to run his own accounting practice. He is also QuickBooks Certified and is working towards his Enrolled Agent (EA) designation to be able to help small businesses with accounting and tax.
