Jennifer Capener

Jen has been married for 23 years to Chad Capener and has three kids: McKenzie (20),Ashton (17) and Caden (12). Jen and her family love to travel and are very involved in sports with their 12 year old son. He is on a super league team and they travel quite a bit for that. Jen has been doing accounting work for 25 years. She loves numbers and spreadsheets. She also loves working with new and past clients and helping them achieve their goals and dreams. 

Jen has been with UAC for 11 years. Jennifer is the Orientation Counselor for all new and past clients of UAC’s programs. In this role, Jen goes over how to navigate the student portal, how to take advantage of UAC’s coaches, and talks about where to start based on the clients goals. Jen also ships out all the products and gets them set up in the course system, making sure they have what they should in the client portal. Jen is over all the bookkeeping for Universal Accounting Center (payroll,payments,month end,year end, etc.) and is in charge of the collections for Universal as well. Jen is also the Controller at UAC, attending the senior staff meetings and always finding things to make better.

Outside of work, Jen loves to workout at a boot camp, go running. In the summer she loves to hike. Jen’s advice for clients is to remember why you enrolled and don’t give up. Use the coaching and do the course/courses. A motto that Jen lives by is to follow your dreams. When asked why you should choose to enroll in UAC’s programs, Jen says that UAC is the best place to come as the coaching is hands down the best around. Plus she’s pretty awesome too! Jen loves getting to know the clients and helping them get started and following their dreams and passions. She loves working with numbers and paying people. She enjoys all the staff at Universal.
