Rob Hambleton brings decades of corporate leadership experience and a passion for human development to his teaching. Having held management roles at Ford Motor Company, Eastman Kodak, and Dell Computer, Rob understands firsthand the skills, strategies, and mindset required to lead effectively in complex organizations.

A dynamic and interactive instructor, Rob specializes in leadership, team development, and professional growth. He conducts Soul Canyon Training Programs nationwide, teaches for Fred Pryor Seminars & CareerTrack, and is certified in the Insights Discovery System. Rob also served as Finance Director for the American Society for Training & Development in Austin, Texas, bringing a unique blend of financial insight and leadership expertise to his sessions.
