I have picked up a retail account, another construction account, am now Treasurer of our local Chamber and also the 250th Forward Support Battalion family support treasurer. Things have been getting busy and I am now in the process of looking for an outside office. Universal was a God-send and it was because of the course that I was able to re-establish myself in the accounting field. I had been a stay at home mom for almost 10 years, doing only light bookkeeping on the side and tax prep on the base. I took accounting in business college and several bookkeeping courses throughout the years but nothing compared to UAC’s course. It gave complete hands on experience and the confidence I needed to approach others and get my businesses started.
